You've seen the devastation in the Bahamas caused by Hurricane Dorian. You want to help but are unsure how.
Here's how. Orlando Diocese Bishop John Noonan suggests three ways to assist:
– Diocesan Collection for Hurricane Relief, this weekend, Sept. 7-8. Please note on the memo of your check that your gift is for the hurricane victims. For our Online Giving users, please use the fund entitled “Disaster Relief” for your hurricane relief gift. The special collection for Priest Retirement and Care has been postponed to next weekend. If you brought your envelope for Priest Retirement with you today, go ahead and turn it in anyway, and we will process your gift as intended.
– Catholic Relief Services, the Catholic Church's international relief ministry, is seeking donations to assist those in the Bahamas. To donate, click here.
– Catholic Charities of Central Florida, our diocese's relief ministry, also is seeking donations for Hurricane Dorian relief. To donate, click here.
Holy Family thanks you for your generosity.
