VBS 2025 Guidelines

Dear Parents and Guardians, 

We are so excited to have your child(ren) participate in this year’s Vacation Bible School: 

A Wilderness Adventure Through the Sacraments! They’ll be gearing up for an exciting adventure as we explore amazing things about Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation, Reconciliation, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders and Matrimony. 

Below is important information regarding VBS. Please read all the way through.

VBS Dates: Vacation Bible School (VBS) will run June 23- 27th. 

Drop off 8:30 am: We ask that a parent or guardian sign your child in each day with their Crew Leader. There will be tables in the hallway outside St. Patrick's to check which group your child(ren) will be in. Take your child to the main hall to their assigned group leader. 

Pick-up 12:30 pm: We ask that when you pick up your child in St. Patrick's Hall and sign them out with their Crew Leader.

For both drop off and pick up, families will need to enter the Bell Tower entrance and exit the far side of St. Patrick's Hall.

       ** Note that dismissal every day will be 12:30 pm even when there is Adoration on Tuesday and Mass on Friday.

Dress Code: 

• Dresses and tops should cover the sides, chest, stomach, and shoulders

• Shorts, pants, dresses, or skirts should be fingertip length and should not have any holes or rips. 

• Wear closed-toed shoes (Crocs do not count). 

Theme T-shirts: T-shirts will be distributed on the Thursday of VBS.

New to VBS:

• Tuesday Adoration: The theme of the day is the Eucharist, and what better way to end our Tuesday of VBS than spending time with our Lord. Families are invited/encouraged to attend Adoration. If you would like to attend, please arrive to St. Patrick's by 12 pm.  

• Friday Closing Mass: This year, we will end the VBS week with Family Mass. The whole family is welcome to attend closing Mass. If you would like to join us for Mass, we ask that you arrive to St. Patrick's by 11:20am
